Mayflower Roofing provides residential roofing services, including but not limited to roof inspections, repairs, replacements, and our AnchorCare™ annual inspection program, serving Des Moines, Iowa and the surrounding area. By requesting an estimate or contracting our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
User Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to provide accurate information regarding your property and contact details. You must ensure safe and clear access to your property for our team to perform inspections and roofing services.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our website or interfere with any other party's use of our services.
Payments & Billing
Payment terms for roofing services will be outlined in your individual service contract or estimate. Any financing arrangements are subject to separate terms provided at the time of agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Mayflower Roofing website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Mayflower Roofing and may not be used without prior written permission.
Disclaimers
While Mayflower Roofing strives to provide the highest quality craftsmanship, we make no warranties beyond those explicitly stated in your final service contract.
Limitation of Liability
Mayflower Roofing is not liable for pre-existing structural damage or issues unrelated to our specific scope of work. Any warranties provided apply strictly to the services and materials detailed in your final contract.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mayflower Roofing, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these terms.
Termination
Mayflower Roofing reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at our discretion, including for violation of these terms.
SMS Messaging Terms
When you opt in to receive text messages from Mayflower Roofing through our website chat widget, you can expect to receive messages related to appointment confirmations, project updates, customer service communications, and occasional promotional offers related to our roofing services.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number you received messages from. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
